McKinney Housing Market Update

Hello Folks,

As you may have heard, we are in a “seller’s market” right now and we will continue to be for the foreseeable future; however, there is a serious problem going on in our marketplace right now! The problem is that there are an abundance of buyers looking to buy a home, but the housing inventory is very low!

The demand for housing has allowed sellers to receive an “average” at least 96.2% of their asking price, in many cases, sellers are receiving more than their asking price based on multiple offers that are being received, supply and demand. In addition, here in McKinney, as of December 2013, we only had 1.4 months of home inventory compared to 2.1 months in December 2012.

With all of this being said; I understand that you “may” be contemplating selling your home and if you are still considering, I am asking you to please contact me anytime, seven days a week, including weekends at 214-872-0400 so that we can discuss the current market as well as my marketing plan that is proven to get homes sold for the maximum amount in the shortest period of time.…..all of this with no pressure for you to sell.
