If your property has been sitting on the market for months, most buyers and their agents will see it as stale or overpriced and disregard it or think something may be wrong with the home! Remember, your home has competition, which is other similar homes that are on the market. So don’t fall into the trap of thinking your home is the only home in its class on the market.
